The assembly process was awkward. The plastic fabrication that accepts the axle had to be modified. I was able to do that, but it could defeat or be problematic for many. Once assembly was completed it was a big hit! Couldn't get 2 year old off it!

I ended up buying two of these so they could serve as a race for my son's birthday party, it was perfectly fitting since it was race car themed. The kids loved it.. and maybe the adults even more. so YES, they are capable of holding our weight, but I wouldn't keep testing it, if you want them to last for the kiddos lol !! I bought the Step 2 Up & Down Roller Coaster for my granddaughters 2nd birthday. I had it shipped directly to their home. My son video chatted with me while my granddaughter rode the Roller Coaster. He asked her "did you like that, was that fun?" She replied "more" with a smile on her face. SHE LOVED IT! She was able to climb up herself, ride it, and dad taught her how to push the little car back up all by herself! The Roller Coaster is super fun!! The gift had perfect timing; my granddaughter's 2nd birthday, quarantine from Covid-19, and the birth of her baby brother - who no doubt will enjoy it as well!! GREAT GIFT, SUPER FUN!!!!!

Our son is two years old and full of energy. We wanted an active toy he could use indoors in our basement. We choose the up & down roller coaster and were not disappointed. It was a breeze to assemble. When our son first used it he was terrified but has loved using it since. He can spend up to 30 minutes on the coaster. Outside of riding the toy he likes to stand on the coaster or play with his car and train toys on it. This has been a great buy.

At time of purchase, this was the cheapest option amongst similar items. My 18 month old loves his coaster! He will ride it over and over and still want more! Other parent-friends said their kids enjoyed theirs for years, so for the price it is totally worth it!

It goes together and comes apart super easy with 5 pieces! This is the easiest get out/put away toy with a big bang for fun. It stacks neatly in a corner of a closet in my dinning area. I live in a small apartment so space is an issue but this product makes it easy to have, use, and store a toddler thrill ride at your fingertips. The sheer joy and hours of exhausting inside fun for tots is unbeatable! Sturdy design and construction if used properly. They play with the car without the track some and use the track for other toys with wheels race track so this is a multi play you too. We love it!

It's cute, and my grandson loved it at first…but now that the novelty has worn off, he doesn't give it a second glance! It just takes up space in our yard and is something else that we have to move out of the way every time the mowers come. For the amount that I spent on it, I wish that he would play with it more! It is well made, I will say that. Sturdy. I weigh 160, and it held me! (I only went down the first little hill- it wouldn't go all the way to the end with my weight on it… 😂 ) In hindsight, I wish that I had spent my money on something else. It's possible that my grandson may enjoy it more when he's alittle older. (He's only 2 now) Will update @ a later date.

I had one of these 30 years ago with my kids and was thrilled to see the anniversary edition available. Kids and grandkids loved it. It was very easy to assemble and easy to disassemble. If you have the room, it's a great indoor activity for when it's too cold or wet for outdoor play. I would definitely buy it again!

Purchased for my 2 year old grandson and he absolutely loves it. Simple snap on assembly and breakdown makes me love it too! Only wish it came with a storage container, even though it's 5 pieces ( and the car), storing it away can be difficult. Other than that, this is a must to have for your little one.

My 21mo has had so much fun with this! To be honest I did think he'd be a bit more obsessed, but it has been so fun to see him learn how to independently, and this will be a fun toy to pull out especially with guests for years to come. Stores pretty compact when taken apart. Only negative, is putting the black rubber on the handlebars is AWFUL. They need to come up with a better solution for this.
