I bought this for my 20 month old grand baby and it is perfect for him!! Not too fast and low to the ground so it is super safe for him to play for hours!!

The kids love the coaster they received for their birthday. The only thing was the actual car part handle at the tip was broken a little bit. Other than that it is great!
