The crust does break a little while cutting and scooping out, but wasn't deal breaker for us. I would recommend this to others for the taste and convenience. I made a ricotta cheesecake with this. My batter poured nicely in and I put the tin onto a pan and baked it, cooled it and set in the fridge overnight. While trying to cut it, the crust stuck to the tin and did not allow for a smooth and clean slice cut. That being said, the crust was tasty and sweet. It had a mushy look in the tin after being sliced, so that wasn't very appealing. I do like that this packaging comes with a plastic lid cover for the fridge; I think that's well thought out. I did enjoy the convenience and the taste, but I personally would not purchase again.
