These pots are so good! Over heating and burned stuff just soaks away. I can sense the difference not having any toxic release into foods, and they work heat fast and cook well. I would like to have a vent in the top - or really my preference is for a pour lip like they have in their smallest pot (which I have and love.)

I have acquired many GreenPan pots and pans over the years and they never disappoint. I believe these new pots are just a step above. The non-stick coating is tougher and the new base will work on all ranges. With minimum care, GreenPan pots and pans will last a lifetime.

Great weight and design for a mid priced frypan set. So being in the mid price catagory, this set is a great value. One of many Green Pan purchases over the years. I keep going back every year for the Holidays to add to my collection, my girlfriends, and my mothers.

This is a fantastic pan. I have a couple of other Valencia Pro frypans and I really love all of them, the entire line is top notch, but this one in particular is my favorite. The fact that it's oven-safe makes it really easy to do single-pan meals in it that can go straight from the stove into the oven to do stuff like melt fresh mozzarella on top of a pasta dish. All-around great pan, and it's easy to clean even when I'm lazy and leave it sitting until the next day. I'm slowly working on replacing all of the pans in my kitchen with Valencia Pro stuff.

Loving the way they cook evenly and are soooo easy to clean. Purchasing these was the best decision I could make after using out 10 year old pots that were scratched and made we wonder about the health of our family. I am 100% satisfied with the quality of these pots!

I needed to replace my entire set of pots and pans and decided on the Valencia Pro because of the great reviews. I also took the online “which set is best for you” quiz. I’m so happy with my choice! The pans heat quickly and cook evenly. They stack nicely in to each other for storage. I haven’t had anything stick to the pans yet!

The pans are beautiful, lightweight, and truly nonstick. Unfortunately I had a problem with the 12" pan developing chips with only a few uses even though I followed their care instructions to a T (and even bought felt liners for storage). I emailed customer service along with sending photos of the chips and within 15 MINUTES I had a reply and order confirmation for a replacement pan they were sending. I've never experienced customer service so quick and easy. The replacement pan has fared well so far and I truly enjoy cooking with these pans. I took one star off because of the subpar pan in my first order but I have no hesitation recommending this brand to anyone because if you have any problems they will make it right.

Absolutely a joy to use. Heats quickly and evenly; food is beautifully prepared; and clean up is under 30 seconds (seriously: nothing sticks and it washes so nicely). I still give it five stars, but my only wish? I expected, after first having a frying pan without a lid, and then getting two lidded pots? That the same heat resistant material used for the pan handle (which you can easily handle without any protection, regardless of the heat) would be used for the handles of the pots. They get hot like most metal: so it’s not a deal breaker or worth marking down, but a wish that the lid handles were as heat resistant as the pan handles. Regardless? Still the best pots and pans I own: and will keep adding more over time.

Had to purchase this pan because the Venice Pro is not available. Doesn’t match my set, but works beautifully all the same. Wish i was told upfront that the Mr Clean sponge works great to remove residue from cooking..my Venice Pro might have remained non-stick longer. Maybe Green Pan should include one with each order!

Bought these pans because I was tired of having to soak cooked rice out of my other 3 qt pan. Rice cooks really well in this pan and no problem cleaning afterward. I have an induction cook top and the first Green Pan I bought was the grill pan. My husband surprised me with the Green Pan wok so I am now a big fan of these pans.
