[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Last year I replaced my old, worn Teflon-coated fry pan with a new ceramic-coated one, the Valencia from GreenPan. I am so happy with how evenly and quickly it heats up, I decided I needed more to replace my other aging pans. These have a beautiful navy blue color with metallic-looking sparkles in them, and so far nothing sticks to the surface. I've even made crepes in them, and they turned out better than any I've made in the last 30 years. Don't worry about their metal handles getting hot; they stay comfortably cool to the touch. These are fantastic pans!

We loved our original ceramic Green Pan set of 3, but had to upgrade to Valencia Pro when we got an induction range. These are equally great. My husband loves them and they are super easy to keep clean and looking like new. They are non-stick without harmful coatings. My daughter gets our first set, which still look like new. I highly recommend Green Pan Valencia Pro.

I think due to the flemsiness of it, the egg likes to run underneath and does not really leave the egg fully in a circle. But with that being minimal, the pan makes up for it in nonstick abilities.

Not only does is make amazing eggs among other things but I tested making crepes and as they normally come terrible with my other pans but with this one they came out perfect. Easy to clean this. I’ve used this pan almost every day for the past couple weeks and it still looks brand new.

The rings are ok, the provided spatula isn't what I would grab to flip eggs though! I do think the pan is really high quality and durable without being heavy.

They cook food to perfection without the need of cooking spray or anything because they are made with an advanced diamond coating that is free of lead, cadmium, pfas, and pfoas. I have used these pans for cooking eggs and they never stick. Even things like fish and pancakes slide off easily and never stick or burn. They heat evenly and are a breeze to clean and can even be used in the oven or broiler. The handles are comfortable and stay cool to the touch throughout cooking. These frypans are a must for any cook that needs an excellent nonstick frypan set in their kitchen. I highly recommend.

You coke out with the best sunny side up egg. The quality is great and myself and family loves it. It's an asset to our weekend breakfast tradition.

I bought the set for my wife for X-mas in 2021, she is a culinary professional. We tried for years to make them work and even followed the instructions to clean them, a total pain to do. They never worked, they stick at any temp above a low simmer and it is a pain to clean up. I am not going to even donate to a thrift store as I would feel bad if anyone pays for these junky pans. I am going to thrown them away or use for target practice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Valencia Pro Ceramic Nonstick 11" Everyday Pan with Lid. The pan has a good weight to it and sits nice and flat on the stove top. The flat cooking surface inside the pan is about 9" and it has an even heat with no hot spots. The lid fits perfectly even with no wobbling. I have used this pan almost everyday for a week now and I love how versatile it is. I love being able to sear my meats on the stove top and finish it off in the oven all in one pan. I have had no problems with foods sticking. This pan is so easy to clean, it wipes clean with a damp paper towel and then washed in hot soapy water with a sponge. I highly recommend this pan it is definitely a pan you will use everyday.

I love the idea of a ceramic non stick and avoiding chemicals. These have chipped and stained so easily after purchasing the sponges and pan protectors and following the correct care and use guidelines. Would not recommend. Waste of money, I should’ve just purchased stainless
