Both this and my other lidded short stockpot have chips out of the finish. I use nylon and bamboo cooking tools. I purchased several pieces from the Valencia line to replace less healthy nonstick anodized pots/pans. The original set was not top of the line but lasted from 2002 and some are still being used n 2024. They have exterior cosmetic damage but are not chipped on the interior. My Valencia’s have lasted less than two years. I am not at all happy about this, as a single GreenPan even on clearance costs the same as my entire original set did, despite being described as highly durable. I hate to give a low review, but if anyone asked, I’d tell them to not believe the hype and to choose some other brand. They do clean easily and require little oil but I have not found them to be entirely nonstick. Plus, we have no children and travel often so these pots and pans are not even used as much as they would for an average family. They should not be damaged already, so 2 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After getting these two pans, I gave my mom my old saucepans! I love everything about them! First of all, I love the look. These pans are heavy duty, sturdy, and extremely well made. You can feel the quality just by holding the handles and touching the actual pans themselves. The size options are great because sometimes I may be making a smaller recipe and will only require the 1.5 quart as opposed to the 3 quart. Lids are also a bonus because you are able to simmer certain meals, cover food when it's done and still sitting out, and it's great for being able to store leftovers. As far as cooking goes, I had no issues. I haven't had any of my foods stick and I haven't had to use cooking sprays. They provide an even heat over the entire bottom of the pan so there are no areas where the food is cooked more than others. The pans also heat up quick and they do well on a medium high heat so you don't have to have extremely high temperatures to cook your food. All around, these are the best saucepans I have ever used. The quality is definitely on another level and I highly recommend them!!

The inside of the pan is soooooo smooth, and the way it fried our eggs for toast was amazing!!! I forgot to take a picture during and after the egg drying because my husband and I kept talking about all the pans we have had that never made an egg like that, and it always made the egg stick. Not this one!!! Would def recommend! Looking to gift my mom one for her birthday, but with a lid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Last year I replaced my old, worn Teflon-coated fry pan with a new ceramic-coated one, the Valencia from GreenPan. I am so happy with how evenly and quickly it heats up, I decided I needed more to replace my other aging pans. These have a beautiful navy blue color with metallic-looking sparkles in them, and so far nothing sticks to the surface. I've even made crepes in them, and they turned out better than any I've made in the last 30 years. Don't worry about their metal handles getting hot; they stay comfortably cool to the touch. These are fantastic pans!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are heavy, sturdy, tough and tight. The lids seal in moisture extremely well making for good steaming. Almost none of the moisture leaks so it’s a bit faster than usual. I love that there’s no toxic lining and that the no-stick is really no-stick. They cleanup easily because nothing sticks to them. Just a little soap and water and a rinse and they’re clean. The price is more of an investment than I’m used to but they’re totally worth it. I’m sure that with proper care on my part I’ll be using them for a lot longer than I would with lesser saucepans. I’m thinking of getting rid of my other pots and pans and replacing them with other GreenPans so my set will match.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are excellent frypans. I am not a particularly great cook but these frypans make cooking easy. For example, when I have made eggs in them, whether an omelette or sunny side up eggs, they have cooked evenly with no sticking at all. Also, I love that there is no harmful Teflon in them. To get the best performance out of them, I cook low and slow on a lower heat. I hand wash them which is super easy since nothing sticks to them so it’s a quick soapy once over then rinse. Overall, these are really quality frypans and the nicest I have have ever owned.
