I've never had any cookware with such a lovely color that shines and shimmers with a beautiful blue sparkle. It's actually really beautiful. As for the performance, these Performance Pro cooking pans are super durable! We took these camping, and they were light enough to carry! Their performance was top-notch, even when we used our propane outdoor grill, it even cooked evenly. We loved how easily it cleaned, and if you've been camping, you know how important easy clean-up is! They even stayed warm to keep our food warm for additional servings. At home, these pans cook quick, clean easily, and heat evenly, even on my old stovetop. I would definitely recommend these to anyone who needs a non-stick pan without those yucky chemicals that makes restaurant quality food with little fuss.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan works well, with even heat. I use a ceramic stove top, and the pan heats up quickly and evenly on low heat, and cooks to perfection. The rubber spatula helps keep the pan clean without scratching. The rubber discs help make eggs into nice circles to cook evenly as well, and you can make fast food style egg slices for biscuits. The pan is high quality and feels nice and heavy, and the lid is helpful for making casserole style eggs. Love this pan, my go to for breakfast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not the best cook, but these made me want to cook more! They're heavy, but not overly so. Extremely durable! The non stick surface is so nice. The pans had a smaller and larger size, which is really all I use and need anyway. I was most impressed by the flat bottoms. Not only were they "rough" and not slippery, but since they were flat and textured they stayed put AND heated up faster, and more evenly. Usually pans have curved edges and the food in the center cooks first and faster, but these have a flatter surface area. I loved.how they came with a little "care" booklet, showing how to use and best care for these pans. Shown in the photo below is the large pan, and a sticker that came fastened to it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am sooooo in love with these two pans. As soon as I received them I took them out of the ocho go to wash them. The inside of the pan is soooooo smooth, and the way it fried our eggs for toast was amazing!!! I forgot to take a picture during and after the egg drying because my husband and I kept talking about all the pans we have had that never made an egg like that, and it always made the egg stick. Not this one!!! Would def recommend! Looking to gift my mom one for her birthday, but with a lid.

I find the egg molds kind of pointless. But they do make perfectly round eggs. To me it’s just another thing to clean. I guess it’s good for a sandwich though. I have also made scrambled eggs and the pan was so easy to clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are heavy, sturdy, tough and tight. The lids seal in moisture extremely well making for good steaming. Almost none of the moisture leaks so it’s a bit faster than usual. I love that there’s no toxic lining and that the no-stick is really no-stick. They cleanup easily because nothing sticks to them. Just a little soap and water and a rinse and they’re clean. The price is more of an investment than I’m used to but they’re totally worth it. I’m sure that with proper care on my part I’ll be using them for a lot longer than I would with lesser saucepans. I’m thinking of getting rid of my other pots and pans and replacing them with other GreenPans so my set will match.
