The disc drive doesn't work. Game is stuck in the console.

bought this gaming console for Christmas for my children, didn't even have it a month and the controller is sticking and doesn't work properly.

My son loves his new game console. He upgraded from the PS4 and said the PS5 has better graphics and features.
