now my drink stays cold

I bought 2 sets as a gift for my husband and father. I was disappointed to discover that they did not have a bottle opener on the bottom as advertised, pictured, and described at the time of purchase. I don't know how well they insulate as they haven't been used yet and its not something I want to return as they were gifts that I already gave before realizing the issue. It would have been nice to receive what I thought I was purchasing especially since one of the main reasons I purchased them was for the bottle opener feature. I did notice that Sam's has updated the pictures and description since I purchased them but it would have been nice if they had not been falsely advertised in the beginning.

These do not have a bottle opener on the bottom as advertised if that's not why you're buying these then you'll like them.

Bought this to be gifted to a friend who prefers beer out of the bottle and was excited to see these advertised WITH a bottle opener included in the bottom of the cooler can. When the order arrived it was NOT as advertised and DID NOT HAVE the bottle opener at the bottoms !! It would have been too late if I would try to return these , drive a good distance first to the closest SAM's store, do a re-order and HOPING then to get this time the RIGHT ITEMS as advertised. Contacted SAM's about this and that's why I found it necessary to take some points/stars off the rating for it. Decided, due to time constrains, not to return them. Haven't heard any comments from my friend yet about the insulating properties, and must assume then that that part is alright, or maybe doesn't want to look a "gifted horse in the mouth" ? It is just disappointing that you order something, and especially to be gifted, that you don't exactly get what yo want !!
