I have always been a Michelin fan since past 7 years and always relied on the brand. However, the X ICE Winter tires didnt set my expectation right. I installed brand new set of winter tires on my brand new Honda CRV but it keeps slipping in little bit of ice and doesnt have as much traction as expected. So I am not satisfied.

I moved from the city to up North. WOW all the snow we get and ice. It snowed like almost every second day. I’m so happy l bought these tires. When l drive on the road with these tires -WOW. The car with these tires never seemed that there was any trouble with the snow or ice . I felt so safe driving my car with them on. They are worth every penny you paid for them. Especially when your love one takes the car and you know you have great winter tires with good rubber and they are going to be safe driving. Who can ask for any better feeling with themselves then known you or your love ones will be safe driving with Michelin’s Tires. Thanks Michelin for producing such great tires.

These are very well made tires. I’ve always appreciated Michelin’s for their comfort and durability and even fabrication. They are well balanced as a result. No rumbles at high speeds, and great handling. I particularly appreciate the quiet ride they give, they are even quieter than my summer Michelin’s. Be prepared to pay a high price for them but they are worth the money.

This is the 9th set I have purchased since been driving. (30 yrs). The winter tire gets better fuel mileage than the all season my car came equipped with. Tire works better in snow then imagined. To get the tire to slip you must intentionally try so good.

I left for work early in the morning of Toronto’s big snowstorm last January .. having to work my way through streets that had yet to see a snow plow … this was my first test of the Michelin X-Ice Snow tires and they were fantastic. I do have an all wheel drive crossover (Mazda CX-30) and it only took me an extra 8 minutes to get to work … I felt in total control of the car. Worth every penny I spent on these tires!!!

Got some Michelin snow tires for the Mustang ast winter. They were great the following day after the storm, when the roads have been cleared and salted. You have to exercise care and caution if you're going to drive thru a snow storm. It's a Mustang. Light rear end, rear wheel drive only. Lots of donuts for the fun loving crazies out there!

We didn't have enough snow this winter to know how well these perform as winter tires, but they met one of my biggest requirements - they are quiet! I bought the EV rated version and on my very quiet Mustang Mach E they are as quiet as the original all seasons.

I had this winter tires since early 2022 put on my 2020 forester however they performed poorly on ice fish tailed twice even when driving slowly in intersections. I have lost confidence with this set. 225/60/R17 on a forester 2025 I bet the oem tires would have performed better on ice. Very disappointed although it is good on deep snow and dry conditions apart from that stay away from this. They marketed this tire that it will perform on ice hence the name x-ice but does not live to its name. Note: tires not even that much worn out.

I run Michelin X-Ice Snow tires all year round. They are quiet and work good on our rain soaked roads as well as in snow. They last in excess of 70,000 km and I never have a flat tire. I run only Michelin tires on all our vehicles. Great tires that take very little balance weight.

A lot of my family used winter tires.I always used all season tires with my all wheel drive vehicle.But for the winter of 2021/2022 I got the Michelin X-ICE Snow and with all the snow and freezing rain we got in Winnipeg,Manitoba.I was sure glad I got them because with the extra grip on ice and snow.The improved handling and stopping distance.Now I know why so many people say once you use winter tires you will never use all season tires in winter again.Especially in winterpeg.Thank you Michelin for making such a great tire like the X-Ice,Snow.
