Great product. One of my ice bags had a hole and customer service was great-they replaced it quickly. It is well made and solid.

It’s great at holding the water, needs a cold pump for optimal efficiency but ice works. Doesn’t stay cold in non temperature controlled areas. Very durable for the one review they discussed there’s leaking twice on two different ones. You gotta make sure you don’t cross thread the bottom outlet hose and add plumbing thread tape.

Easy to use, easy to set up. Wish I could find accessories online for it.

I REALLY want to love this. Unfortunately, we purchased one from our local/nearest Sam's club, set it up and my athlete son used it the day we got it. We woke up to our back porch covered in water. The bottom was leaking. I asked my husband to pick up another one from a different Sam's club in a nearby town. He brought it home last night, rinse and repeat - set it up, sat in it, enjoyed it. And once again, our porch is covered in water. It seems like both of them, from TWO different Sam's clubs are both defective and the bottoms leak. The structure itself seems very sturdy and durable. The water remained super cold in both of them (granted, we have not used them beyond a day). Neither of them are losing any air. We have determined they must be leaking on the bottom, likely near a seam.

Had two units and both leaked apparently at the bottom seam. Looks great but buy with caution.

Received with hole on bottom so it was useless
