Assembly took less than 2 hrs but it was easy. It looks great and has a very good built quality.

This was the most comfortable swing that we found (and we checked a lot). The box was very heavy but delivered to our our house without any damage. The assembly was straight forward but definitely needs two people to hold things in place. After we had it a while I did purchase two chain links to lower the swing which works great. Overall very happy with the purchase.

Nice outdoor furniture. I recommend it and I will buy it again if needed. It took us at least two hours to put it together, but it was a nice little project with the children. We bought a table and chairs for the outdoors as well. Children and wife prefer the swing much much much better.

This swing feels like the one on your grandparents’ porch. Relaxing. The plastic wicker does separate from use, leaving gaps through which the underlying foam is visible. We saw this at the store as well, so it may be common. Not a huge deal, but a little annoying.

Love the comfort and durability of this swing. The wicker is plasitisized so it is easy to clean. The only thing I don't like is that it seems like a row or two of wicker weave is missing. If I move the wicker line up a bit you can't tell but that is a little annoying.

Beautiful but we had to drill holes and re bent frame in order to put together. There’s a long mis weaving in the swings pattern. Thank goodness my man knows how to do this kind of thing and had proper tools. We really love it

Put the swing together quickly. Looks very nice. There is a part that needs to be replaced. Rear support strut. Afraid to use the swing without it. Contacted customer service through email. They ghosted me for about a week now. May to disassemble and return the whole swing to Sams’s. Club.

It was nice and sturdy after it took nearly two hours to assemble. However, there were assembly issues that I encountered such as drilling out certain pieces to fit the threaded rod through and also cutting away the plastic rattan away from a threaded insert so the bolt could connect.
