Have had several Serta pillow styles in the past, this is on the “mushier” side. I like it, but I find myself folding it up throughout the night, which makes me feel it’s also thinner than most. I kept it, and I’m sleeping well with it. There was also a smell to it that lasted for a few weeks, but nothing terrible.

Took the smell several days of airing out to dissipate enough to tolerate for sleep. General memory foam feeling was good, but maybe a little light on density. The sticking point for us was that the pillow support cradles gently but flattens/bottoms out instead of cushioning all the way to support level.

This pillow keeps its shape; unfortunately that has lead to waking up with a stiff neck.

Nice but I thought these pillows would be softer they seem a bit stiff this May only be my opinion someone else may like them They are not good for propping up for sitting up in bed Even though stiff for laying down they aren’t for sitting up

The pillows are well made but for me and my husband they are way...to soft especially when they said firm. Neither of us even thought they were medium...so we always put vinyl protective covers then a pillow case on to try pillows. So we can return and let them know. We were disappointed this go round.

This pillow does not have any support whatsoever. It completely flattens out where ever you lay/apply pressure on it. I had it behind my back and after a few minutes I thought it had fallen off the bed somehow, when in fact it was just that it was so flat, that it was no fuller than the pillow case it was in, and I though it had disappeared. Would not recommend!

I really wanted to love this pillow but the chemical smell after two plus weeks is too strong and awful to use it. I threw away the packaging or I would have returned it.

no support, really thin pillow. Came in plastic bag, no serta box, no paperwork. No serta tag on pillow. I think it had probably been returned.

Worst pillow I ever slept on. Feel like it not even there.

The pillow was comfortable for about the first week. After that, it’s gotten uncomfortably soft, too the point were it is going flat when I lay on it.
