Instructions were very good. The product was well built. The hardest part of the job was removing the old mailbox and installing the pressure treated 4X4, I did have to guess how high to put the flower box. Instructions also said: "Medium mailbox recommended." Everywhere I went, they only had standard and large. The large that I bought was under the recommended weight limit. I am very happy with it. Even though it seemed to be a little pricey.
