These dishes are smooth, non-stick and cooked my food thoroughly! It was such an easy clean up as well, so I absolutely love it! I made a macaroni casserole dish in it with no issues at all. I can't wait to use it to bake chicken, create baked goods, and one dish meals in the future! The dishes are equivalent to the quality of Le Creuset ceramic bakeware.

My honest review is I've baked for years even taking Wilton Baking Classes therefore I've had my share of various baking products. And I decided to try my famous pineapple upside down cake and a broccoli rice casserole on two different occasions and the ease of baking went surprisingly great! And more on how the time process proved to bake evenly well. I highly recommend they not only are beautiful but they get the job done!

Great product. Nice clean design with matt finished on the outside. Not too heavy compared to glass. Has sturdy handles that does not get extremely hot right out of the oven. The large size was perfect to bake lasagna. We made lasagna from scratch and it cooked evenly and thoroughly. Food removed easily and not sticked to the pan. Retains heat well. Easy to clean/wash without grooves or ridges.
