My family and I have been taking these daily since the pandemic began and none of us have been sick at all even with a cold. As far as the complaints about the calories-goodness just do some jumping jacks lol. And if the sugar bothers you space them out and take throughout the day. BMR is the number of calories your body uses to maintain vital functions, such as breathing, heart rate, and brain function meaning 50 calories per day is not a big deal. Also TEF, the number of calories burned while digesting a meal is about 10% of your calories. If you can’t afford calories for a vitamin then you are too sedentary. If you are sedentary due to a health issue then yes just find a different vitamin. The product does not warrant a bad review if you are unable to live an active life and can’t afford 50 calories, it is irregardless of personal limitations a good 5 star product. The gummies should be soft and chewy if you have some that are hard just return/exchange them, Sams is always great to take back anything you are unhappy with even if opened.

Very chewy, more so than other gummies. Several family members felt an unsettled feeling in stomach about 15 minutes after eating it. Taste is very good, possibly best tasting gummie I’ve ever tried. Wish I didn’t purchase 2 two packs, going to return unused package.

You need 3 of these gummies for a daily dose and they can melt if kept on a warm/hot place. The size is deceiving because it is only a 30 day supply. I would prefer something small and hard over a soft gummy or gel cap which can also turn into a blob in a jar in a hot car or over a stove.
