I have not been able to use it but looks and feels good. I have a 3 year old that is waiting to put it to use.

This life jacket stays on my thin 35 lb. grandson so much better with the shoulder straps. Highly recommend.

Definitely not for my kid size. his weight 44pd this did not fit around his torso. Oh well gave to a kid who could use it.
