good suction and the swivel handle is helpful, the only concern is the overall weight, feels to heavy

We brought it home today, used it once. Wanted to see how easy it would be to clean (3 girls with long hair)...had to take 6 screws off the bottom to get hair out. Pain in the butt!

Wish I would have stuck with the Shark brand. This unit doesn't have the suction of the Shark, and it is bigger and heavier. I should have spent the extra money and gotten the Shark.

I just bought one to replace the same model. I have two German shepherds that shed like crazy. I have to vacuum my whole house every day. This vacuum works great. I really like the retractable cord.

It is great. I like that it easy to manuever like the vacuum. Easy to clean. The pet cleaning products from bissell are the best. Pet pro stain treatment is great on older urine stains. Definitely recommend.

I can not tell you how impressed I am with this product. It gets every last dog hair from My carpet and more. The swivel handle makes getting every corner easy and man does it get right down into the carpet fibers. Sooooo happy with this purcahse

Works great. The attachments are perfect for hard to reach spots, especially for carpeted stairs. I love how long the cord is and the retracting feature. Switched from a Shark to this when the Shark died. Very happy, especially for the price.

It works good except for the hose! it's not long enough and it's hard to pull :( Fell over on my foot a few times :( Disappointing because I have high ceilings
