everything seems fine but the usb cable or the controller doesn't seem to work or charge at all so i been stuck with this problem and i cant even access my ps5

The ps5 itself was fine, but the controller's left stick out of the box makes a creaking noise. Whenever playing you can hear and feel the stick creaking and it makes gameplay unenjoyable. This is unfortunate considering how much was paid for the console.

It's a SONY product need I say more. Best smile I have ever seen on my son's face gave it to him for his birthday. Ok, now be careful and don't throw the box away. The piece of paper that has the redeem code to download the Spider Man 2 game is down in the box and can easily be overlooked. The actual game on a CD disk is not in this bundle you download the game from the Sony PlayStation store. No big deal but depending on your internet speed it could take awhile. Personally I like downloading the games because you can't lose the disk and you're not stuck with a bunch of them in a drawer or shelf. Once you own a game up in the Sony PlayStation cloud server you own it for life. And yes, a Sony PlayStation account is free to setup. One last thing or tip. Sometimes I get a discount on games having a PS account and get the games cheaper compared to if I bought them elsewhere.
