It is huge and can hold up to a 20lbs turkey which is wonderful for when the holidays come around. I also like that that it can be used as a crockpot too. This is going to be a great addition to my kitchen. I can’t wait to go to the store and get something to cook in it. I have read wonderful things about it.

This roaster gets VERY hot on every surface — my husband burned his arm. The one that I received has a wobbly settings knob, making it difficult to put it on the correct setting. Also The electrical cord is very short — making it hard to place. The roaster actually did a great job roasting a whole chicken. I appreciate that a cooking guide was included. This pan must be washed immediately after use. Otherwise it is a nightmare to clean. I have decided that I will use aluminum foil to line it the next time because it was very hard to clean.

And the dome lid is plenty tall to accommodate the turkey. The temperature controls are great and make it easy to be precise. It goes from 200-450 degrees and can defrost as well.

It's a versatile, lightweight tool that's great for all kinds of cooking. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This roaster seems to be very well made. This is the first one I’ve owned so I have nothing to compare it to, but so far I really enjoy using it. We made a turkey in it since that’s what my grandma has done in the past and it turned out wonderful! It was cooked to perfection. Nice and juicy and not dried out like turkey can sometimes be. Cleaning was pretty easy with a little soaking to get the more cooked on bits off the rack and inside, but nothing too difficult and the high dome lid made making a larger bird easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Westbend 20Qt roaster made an excellent whole chicken! The set up was easy. Everything cooked well. Clean up was also pretty easy as well. I liked the rack to help take my chicken out too and let it cool and rest on a different pan. The only issue was there were paint chips coming off the roaster when I unboxed with some paint bubbling as well. I did a gentle clean and saw some more chips. It seemed to be mostly on the outside.
