I got my mixer back in August for my bridal shower gift from my now mother in law and I went to use it just in febuary and the one better won't turn now. I loved it when it worked tho!

I bought this to replace my old hand mixer, but after using it one time, I had to go back to my old hand mixer. So glad I had not taken it to Goodwill yet! It always did a good job, but I wanted something that could also help me making dough for bread. I hate to say it, but this item is an overpriced, worthless, piece of plastic junk I strongly recommend you don't ever sell to anyone.

Product is very flimsy and takes several minutes to beat egg whites...while directions tell you not to leave mixer running longer than 3 minutes at the time. I finally used my hand mixer which easily completed the process. Can only handle very small quantities. It is inexpensive and my expectations were low, but this was a waste of money.

I was used to a high end mixer but recently downsized to a very small space and needed a space saving appliance that would get the job done. This mixer was quite sufficient to meet my needs, llooks great, and takes up much less space than my high end mixer. We are getting to be great friends!

Doesn't mix well at all. Even when you rotate to the other side. Not happy at all

Blender was dirty and carelessly shipped in its own box with a mailing label stuck to the blender box with zero packing nor protection from damage.

I have been using my stand mixer since I bought it, so far I love it! I haven’t had any problems with it. It mixes all my ingredients well, have to stop and scrap the sides after awhile but that’s fine I’m not complaining.

I like the product's light weight. The beaters/dough hooks are easy to install and remove. The bowl turns on its own helping to mix ingredients effectively. I am happy with this product and recommend it to others.

Could not justify spending the $ for the expensive Kitchen Aide. I am quite pleased with this quality mixer. I made sausage balls with ease as the first use.
