I was so excited to see one Of these at the price it was listed. Well there’s a saying, you get what you pay for. It didn’t mix ingredients well.. it was clumps and lumps or mixture all through. So I switched sides and still the same thing. Cheesecake filling turned out runny...

Mixing mess

Total disclosure- I have not cooked/mixed heavy duty yet…BUT it is exactly the right size for what I need and it takes up so much less space than those other huge mixers.  Two set of beaters, one for dough and the other for mixing. Built solid and love the feature where you can move the bowl over to add ingredients. Bowl also locks down so it won’t come off stand. Mixer head can be tilted up. Seriously a great product.
