They broke the left goes in and out and I don’t remember if I had insurance or not but it would be nice to receive a replacement pair from Sony

Best headset I’ve had in my life by far, definitely will change your gaming, plus super comfortable and light to wear.

Great sound quality and comfort, only thing I’d knock them for is breathable ear pads. Your ears sweat badly in these. Everything else is great.

The sound isn’t great for it being 100$ trust me it’s way over priced and it looks ugly on your head.

Sounds great but the mic quality is terrible, sounds like your talking with your hand over your mouth
