We purchased a few different chairs from other companies and had to return them because they were not comfortable. My wife searched Sams and found these chairs and they perfect for the porch and are very comfortable. They are big chairs, not part of the description. You will enjoy these chairs.

Wonderful rocker! I purchased one for my front porch along with the side table. It arrived flat in the box but was super fast to put together. The finish is thick and smooth and the tall back supports my 6’+ frame. It rocks easily with control. My new favorite relaxing spot to sit and relax!

Nice big seat. Easy to assemble. Looks great on my porch. Arrived quickly. On chair had a damaged piece but it was replaced quickly after I called customer service. The paint looked a little rough in a few spots and that is why I didn't give it 5 stars. The little stickers on each piece was a pain to get off too. Overall I was pleased.

I tried purchasing online & was very unsuccessful. It kept saying correct my address, I did so & it wouldn’t go through. I had to physically go into the store to purchase the 2 rockers. The store employee was very helpful by putting them on the flatbed cart since they were too heavy for me to pick up& I actually love the rocking chairs on my porch. It was a big inconvenience for me to have to go to the store since your website wouldn’t allow me to order online. I barely fit them in my car but I was determined to have them. I spend a lot of money at Sam’s & I expect online service to do better with the system.

The rockers are a good fit for tall folks. The lumbar support is wonderful. Has a nice rock. The directions for assembling the chairs were clear. All the needed pieces were provided. More sanding needed to be done on the chairs so that clothes do not snag.

My husband and I purchased four of these rocking chairs in black. Overall, we are very pleased with these chairs, particularly for the price. They are a little larger, which is fine with us since we are neither small or short. They are relatively easy to put together with two people.

We absolutely love these rockers. I bought two of them for the back deck. They are so nice we didn't want to put them outside lol. I am 5'6" and my husband is 6'6. they are perfect for both of us. my feet do not touch the ground while sitting but I love that, and it is perfect for him. They are wide and the back is high. Very well made, and easy to put together. I would buy these again in a heartbeat.

I ordered two rockers. One arrived and I love it! Sturdy and good size! The second arrived in a box that had obviously been damaged and taped back together. When I opened it, the assembly screws were missing. I’ve had 3 online chats and one voicemail from Sam’s. Two of the online chats (Nov. 12 and 18) said a replacement rocker would be shipped. The voicemail said I would receive an email allowing me to choose replacement or refund. The last online chat (Nov. 28) said this was reported to the “Member’s Mark Team” and I should hear something in 48-72 hours. Now Dec. 2 and I’ve heard nothing. Bottom line….good product, lousy service from Sam’s when a problem occurs.

Quality rockers. Purchased two white ones. 15 minutes and we were in them. Have back support! They are wider than most and slightly taller at the knees, so short people may have foot dangle, but kids can curl up in them and larger folk will have room to enjoy. May purchase 2 more shortly.
