Having hook closure to adjust band around is great. Did you forget that shoulder straps need adjustments as well? Huge flaw in design!!!

Not for me

No shoulder strap adjustments. Washing may reduce slipping. Otherwise these are super comfortable. I bought two pkgs. I love that there are no inserts to fall out or move around when washing. I bought a white/nude and black white combo. They are great under all types of fabric.
