We have loved this for about 2 years!!! It recently will not hold a charge ☹️ Anyone know how I can open and have that replaced???

Very happy with this stereo its perfect fro our Auto Cross Events the only problem I have is keeping the NOAA Radio off!!! Ive turned it off a million times and it randomly comes on??

This has some good features long battery life. I mean its all of 100 hours. The water proof works believe me. Got rained on dropped in river etc. with no problem after . But everything is completely over shadowed by 3 MAJOR problems. 1. The GD NOAA alert system has to be turned off EVERY time you turn the device on. And if you forget believe me its going off. No matter what that siren will go off eventually and sometimes its in 2 minutes and sometimes in 45 it is completely random and LOUD!!!! It is so annoying, everytime i hear that GD siren go off i wanna bash it to bits with a 10lb sledgehammer. There is no way to permanently disable. This is a huge issue. 2. Its volume on bluetooth is HALF what it is in the radio. Radio mode its actually loud. Bluetooth you can carry on a conversation with it at max volume on radio and phone. And it doesn't matter the phone brand. 3. The link between 2 is sketchy at best. It works about 75% of the time. Otherwise you're listening to one or the other with the 2nd one cutting in and out. Yet another annoying issue. This had so much potential and I've had lots of ion products with great results so i was excited when this came out. But you're basically paying $200 for a waterproof FM radio that has a siren that goes off everytime you turn it on randomly. I wish i could get my $$$$ back.

Sound... I have to say is very amazing and clear even at high levels. Construction is very nice doesn't feel cheap....The only things that need work for the next generation is the memory on the preset buttons and the bass and treble levels. Once you turn it off all presets are erased. Over all this is our first Monster product and we are very impressed. I added the pics to show how you can get creative w/your Monster Speaker. I added a audio motion strobe light on top and just used the plug that is on the side of the Monster speaker. You can imagine under our gazebo the sound and lights look "Awesome".

bought this a little over a year ago. used several times last summer. this summer, it won't even power on!!! hoping square trade warranty pays off

Actually I was searching a good speaker with the karaoke system...I saw a lot of review about the ION and MONSTER speakers and finally I decided to go with the Monster RR4. I like the design very much.Battery life is awesome.2 mic port and comes with a mic. 2 usb port to charge your device.
