I went to Sam's Club and purchased four tires, made an appointment for the following week to have them installed. Went back to have them installed only to be told that the balancing machine was not working. I asked why they didn't call me to tell me that it wasn't working, and all I got was a blank stare. Went back the following week again for a pre-scheduled appointment only to be told they missed booked me and I'd have to come back the following week. No apology, just told to come back again. I am a college student at MSOE and continuously coming back Isn't easy to do. My appointment is scheduled for this week, I hope I don't get another excuse. As I stated being a college student, my schedule is very tight. I hope things go smoothly this week.
