I bought 2 bags of 45. Of the 90 bulbs, 14 were mushy and not worth planting. These are natural products. I would have accepted 3 bad bulbs. But 14 bad ones, 15%, is unacceptable. Sam's usually does better than this. I am very disappointed this time.
