There is no water needed, so they just put it In their mouth and they are good to go. It's packed with different vitamins all while helping their immune system. I definitely recommend it!!

It makes them excited to take their vitamin. They could definitely hear and feel the pop. It has a great taste too. I appreciate that it is also vegetarian and their is no gelatin in it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So my 13 year old was skeptical to try this as he thought it might taste gross. But I convinced him to give it a try because he likes pop rocks. Well he was surprised at how good it tasted he asked for another one. He did state that it's not exactly like pop rocks as it's a more powdery consistency and the sizing of the rocks are smaller but he is happy to keep taking them. It's a win!!
