I'll usually give them after a long drive or travel where their immune system could use a little boost. These basically taste like pop rocks, so they love them!

The inside is divided into small packages for you to use every day easily, my child when using it she said it tastes like fruit, maybe like jelly, very good to drink, and she uses Using a pack that runs out quickly, I don't need a difficult ohair like the previous times when I had to beg for a lot of things. if you need something for a tiring day I think it's also pretty good, they say no need to use water after drinking it, but in my opinion still need after use I think you need some water. Overall it's pretty good.

My kids liked the packets that you mix into water but they love these.
