I've been using these diapers for over 2 years and am very satisfied. My son drinks at least 4-6 ounces of milk or water before bed every night and his diaper holds it all. I don't know if other diapers are better with blow-outs, so I can't compare. The back is not as secure as the front, it seems.

The new Baby-Dry diapers are our favorite from the Pampers line! Our almost 3mo son usually cries the moment he has a wet diaper, but with the Baby-Dry diapers, he'd stay comfortable through naps and night time. We will definitely purchase these the next time we shop for diapers!

When we switched to the baby dry from swaddlers she slept through the night the very first night! I also saw a decrease in the start of small diaper changes so our little one wear them all day now. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my go to diapers for my twins at night. They are great sleepers at 10-12 hours a night and a lot can happen during that time. I know that when they wake up they will STILL be dry and I don't have any extra messes to take care of from a leaky diaper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using these for my little at bed time and they are wonderful! She loves the Sesame street patterns. My biggest problem with disposable diapers is the sagging but these aren't too bad. I'll definitely be buying these again.

For all of my children I used Pampers Swaddlers for Newborn size then used Huggies up to size 6, UNTIL NOW!! My 10 month old was waking up soaked at least twice a night. We switched to Pampers Baby Dry new formula and I won't buy any other brand from here on out. My 10 month old had yet to wake up with his clothes and bedding soaked and they don't sag to the floor when full either. Very impressed and extremely pleased!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were ok. They started falling off my daughter though. I don't know if the ones I got were defective or what. The tabs didn't seem to stick well. They also didn't hold as much as other brands but not the absolute worst.
