Good product but Swaddlers worked better for us

We were gifted a box of the 'baby dry' before our son was born and we have just opened the box. I think the absorbancy and the product overall works as advertised, however I miss the yellow to blue line that is on the Swaddlers. Also the diaper looks dirty visually on outside when my son is wet which I found visually gross. We will stick with Swaddlers.

Keeps My 2month old dry & happy! :)

My husband & I were using Pampers Swaddlers. Then we heard how we should try BABY DRY. Ever since we bought the "Baby Dry" we haven't stopped buying them! We love the Swaddler diapers too. But, I love how these keep her feeling dry & there very soft! So, she looks comfortable in these. I want to use ONLY the best for my baby that's only 2months old. And I think these are GREAT! & I love how cute they are w/the Sesame Street Characters on them! :) I use Pampers Pull~ups for my older daughter. I love Pampers! But, I definitely give "Baby Dry" 5+ stars!!! :) Thanks to Pampers for making such great diapers, my kids & I are very happy!!! :) The Bailey Family

Great for overnight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the only diaper I would use for my child to wear to bed at night. They have never leaked and she has never got a diaper rash while wearing these diapers. I don't have to worry about getting up in the middle of the night to change her.

Prefer A Pull-up Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son is 3 and potty trained but we're still working on not having nighttime accidents. He's tall for his age and 41lbs and these size 6 diapers were almost a little small even though it said for 35lbs and up. For reference he wears size 6 clothing and a size 11 shoe. I wish these had a wider stretchy side panel instead of the small tabs so my son could get them on and off by himself. He didn't really like us having to help him since he can dress himself. The absorbency was on par with his usual brand and only leaked once. I think if these had more of a pull-up side design and one size up they'd be perfect for us.

good but...

Overall we like the diapers, especially now when our daughter is only waking one maybe twice a night. our on complaint is that poo will often go up her back and come out of the diaper. We sometimes go through a couple onsies a day. She will wake from a nap and need a whole outfit change :( I feel that maybe if the diapers were more snug in the back (maybe stretchier?) there would be less leakage. She is only breastfed at the moment so we may need to find a new brand or different diaper once she begins solids.

Drier mornings for us

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was talking with another mom the other day about how many diapers I must have changed with seven children. We have a little princess in them now and try as she does, the overnight absorbency still wins! Keeping her dry all night is impressive! I also like the thinner style especially when the little ones start running around. The extra stretchy sides help to keep them in place and not bunched up. I received a pack of Pampers New Baby Dry diapers to use on our little princess.

My preferred diaper

I have a chubby 8-month old. I started him out on swaddlers but as he got older/bigger I wanted a diaper that was a little thinner so he could be more comfortable without too much bunchy material. The Baby Dry is not as clothlike as the swaddler but is still very comfortable. It has good absorbancy, sometimes I can smell his pees but he's never wet outside the diaper. Plus they are cheaper than the other pamper types (you get more per box than the swaddlers and cruisers). I've tried switching to huggies for their cheaper price but i found that he leaked with them, and also the diaper would bunch into the crotch. Same with BabyGanics, the diaper would bunch into the crotch.

Mixed feelings about Baby Dry

I recently tried a case of Baby Dry size 2 for my son, after 3 months of being faithful to the Swaddlers Sensitives. The Baby dry fit completely different, and run quite a bit smaller. If I had known, I would have gone with a case of 3's instead. I have only had a couple of poo blow outs, about average with any diaper, so that's not the issue. I just hate the fit, I have to stretch the tabs way beyond how far they want to be stretched just to make them fasten. If the tabs had more give, they would be perfect. The diaper isn't too tight on the baby, but when the tab doesnt want to make it all the way around to the front it makes it seem that way. I even tried some 3's thinking maybe he was about to be in the next size, but he was nowhere near a 3. I think these diapers would be good for when your baby is in between sizes, since they run so much smaller. If trying them out, I definitely would not recommend buying a case until you try the size and make sure it's not too tight. And PS Pampers, I really hate that the sensitive swaddlers have dry max in size 3 and 4 because I refuse to put dry max on my baby. For this reason I am switching to Huggies after my baby gets out of 2's. They have a pure and natural diaper which I like the same as the Swaddlers. I really hate to switch since we have been loyal Pampers customers. If you ever make sensitive without dry max, we will be back. Seems like putting dry max in a sensitive diaper kind of defeats the purpose!

Pampers Baby Dry, My Savior!

Finally a diaper my daughter can sleep in and not wake up wet! We were buying store brand diapers, and she was soaking through them every time she wet, and after purchasing Pampers for the for the first time, we found out the store brands were also TWO sizes smaller than they should be! Thank you Pampers for making my life easier!

Use what works best!

I've used other diapers and always come back to Pampers. From the time my daughter was a newborn until now, 16 months later, Pampers has always been a constant in our home. Why? It's really simple.. they work! My daughter uses one diaper for the whole night now, so it has to be a good one. Other diapers may claim to work the best at wetness and containing leakage, but - trust me. Or better yet - try it yourself! That's how I found out. =)
