Ear wax all over headphones says nothing about being used

I had a pair of Apple ear buds but they weren’t noise canceling. I love the new ones!

I love the audio quality and how they fit perfectly in my ear never going back to regular earbuds

Service was great and quicker than I expected.

Charger didn’t work at all for the 2 weeks I had them. Rather return them then go to Apple

They worked perfectly and had no issues

My husband is a walker, I had to convince him to try them, but he is hooked!!
