I really wanted to like these, but they simply don’t stay in my ears. I tried all the different sizes but they kept falling out after a few minutes no matter what I did. These were my first time using noice cancelling headphones, and it blew my mind for the first time. But as they start falling out, it slowly gets less effective. For the price, it’s a fatal flaw. I went with soundcore space earbuds and am much happier with them, plus they’re like 1/3 the price. I read a lot of reviews before buying them, and I’m not alone with the fitting issue. But maybe they’ll work for you. Just beware and keep your receipt.

Pretty sure I received an open box item. The AirPods were suppose to come with a lanyard but they didn’t. The usual clear security tape looked like it had been replaced with a white version. The AirPods work great and I love that I can throw them on my mag charger.

Apple makes amazing products. Depending on who you are, some of their products amazed you and made you fall in love with the brand. These AirPods Pro 2nd generation made me fall in love with Apple all over again. I wear these at the gym and have had 0 issues. I bought these again for the rare times they lose their charge. If you are looking for a pair of headphones for literally any reason, buy these. If you have an iPhone, buy these headphones. If you want to see why people fanboy over Apple, buy these headphones. I would write more but I will let the AirPods do the talking.

The original security measures on the box were opened and a price of white tape covering the box. Packaging around AirPods was reused and then when I attempted to try the AirPods, they wouldn’t connect. I realized the serial number in the case doesn’t match the box. Completely fraudulent.

The sound quality and comfort of the earbuds while wearing them for long periods of time were two standouts for me. The earbuds fit securely and safely in my ear much better than the regular apple airpods. I did have the left earbud fall out in front of my apartment building, but I was unable to locate it using the "Find My" app. I see there have been some improvements in the locating technology, but I was only able to see the location of the lost earbud on the map, but could not get the sound alert to activate even though I was right within the general area of the "pin drop" that showed the lost earbud's last known location. I noticed it was gone apparently right after iit fell out the case so I was hoping to find it. Also the other additional feature "Find Nearby", which is located next to the "Play Sound" option did not work for me either. That feature appear to be a little more helpful as it guides you to the general area and then provides you with directions to the general area where the item was last pinged at and then tells you if you are getting "colder' or 'warmer' after you reach that area where it was last seen at. Then it also plays a sound through that interface that provides you directions to the area. I'm assuming the earbud might have gotten crushed by one of the cars passing by, as it fell out the case in the parking lot as I was walking towards my apartment building. It's been three weeks since I lost it and is still showing in the same location in front of my apartment so I guess I need to call for a replacement...😔

Bought to replace a pair of Bose that stopped working. Expectations were high. Impressed by sound quality. I was afraid they wouldn’t stay in my ears as I had an older pair of Apple headset that wouldn’t fit. The improved design is doing a great job.

I don’t normally like the kind that have the rubbery things on them. These, however, were completely different than anything I’ve used in the past. They do not make your ears feel clogged, they stay in my ears (unlike the AirPod 3rd gen), they don’t hurt my ears like the other AirPods (which were my go to ones). I’m glad I got these. The sound is great, the noise canceling is great, the other features are excellent (like quieting when I start to talk). Love them.

The AirPods received did not match what was in the box. The AirPods did not sync with Siri, constantly disconnected, and were not magnetic to charge. The AirPods in the cases serial number did not match serial number on box. I suspect that the product was switched out. Had to return product. Horrible experience

These things are incredible and well worth every penny. Pro tip - they will work themselves out when moving around especially if you are chewing or jogging. Head to Amazon and get some attachments to hold them in place if you run into this, and problem solved!
