The taste is nothing like I can explain...maybe vomit. Not good at all. Out of five of us, only one thought they were ok. There was barely any ranch flavor or pickle flavor. Really weird tasting chip.

These chips are sooo good, would go perfect with cheeseburgers, even better than french fries do! If they wasn't good they wouldn't be limited time only!

If you like the taste of dill alone then these are the chips for you. If you are expecting these to taste remotely like pickles then do not buy this because all you will taste is dill.

I dislike this flavor and is very misleading I was expecting it to be pickles but nope is potato fries with ranch flavor and pickle smell We will not buy it again and will not return only because the store is too far

Between my husband and I, we are close to demolishing this entire bag of chips in 3 days. We paired the chips with Taste of the South Fried Pickle and Ranch Dip (also purchased at Sam's) and it is to die for. Highly recommend.

The first few chips taste similar to dill pickle chips (with half the flavor) and a very, very faint hint of ranch. After a few more chips, the flavor just melds together and tastes blah, nothing great and I won't buy them again

I swear these chips have ruined all other chips for me! I am addicted! The only problem I have is that Sam's is out of stock. Please tell me that this is going to be a permanent flavor.

Maybe there is some discrepancy amongst batches or the like, but there is very little dill pickle flavor to be found here, despite what appear to be many flakes of dill on the chip. It's not that it tastes exactly like sour cream and onion as it is a bit different, but it's the same level of lack of excitement in flavor that probably makes you immediately picture sour cream and onion chips, if you're not really of fan of said chips. Stick with regular dill pickle chips (though they're still not as good as the version they had like eighteen years ago). Or better yet, buy some pickles.

These taste nothing like fried pickles and ranch. What they do taste like is lays sour cream and onion chips, it's almost like they just changed the label on the bag. Anyone who says these taste as advertised have obviously never had fried pickles with ranch.

So good!! I'm on my way back to Sam's to buy some more!!
