Great sound for such a small package. I have the older model as well and this has more volume. Love having this speaker. Use in garage, camping, at cabin and anyplace don’t want to have to haul big speaker. Battery has great battery life. Bought on sale and it was a steal.

This speaker is amazing. It’s survived so much. It survived hitting rocks in a river when it slipped in during a bit of family adventuring, and then a few hours in a lake when I accidentally kicked it off of my paddle board. When I recovered it from the lake, it still worked amazing, and a year later, it is still in use.
