I regret not getting one of these mattresses sooner. Incredible upgrade from our old mattress. We’ve only had our new mattress a couple of days and already we’ve had better sleep!

Previous mattress was memory foam layered with different densities. This Serta with springs gives much better support! It eliminated waking up with back pain!

Best nights sleep I’ve had had in over 10 years! So comfortable! Slept like a baby! And at 83 I need the comfort and sleep. Extremely happy and will definitely recommend this mattress to my family and friends.

I purchased this item on September 23rd. It was supposed to be delivered on 10/5. When 10/5 at 2:30pm came around and there still was no delivery, I reached out to the delivery company. My first try I was hung up on. I tried the chat feature and was told that my delivery was cancelled because the delivery person was sick and I would need to reschedule. That's it. No apologies. I don't think this is the kind of service the Sam's Club or Serta would expect from their delivery people.

Bought mattress for my daughter, and she loved it. Then my wife slept on it, and loved it. Next was my turn, and loved it.
