The flavor of the water is too strong and the acai berry taste like medicine. I ended up dumping this water instead of drinking it. I would never purchase this again. Was a total waste of my money and I am so disappointed.

I bought for my dad who is diabetic and has a hard time drinking water. He is drinking it, plus regular water more often so I believe it helped his dehydration issues.
