[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used Hidden Valley Ranch Night Buttermilk Chicken Premium Seasoning Mix following the simple directions, using small pieces of boneless chicken breasts. I fileted the breasts then cut them in half, so they would cook a little quicker and be well coated with seasoning. The flavor was good - not too strong and not too salty for my taste, and I could definitely taste the buttermilk. I served it with rice and a vegetable and my picky teenagers enjoyed the meal. I will definitely be purchasing this again!

We decided to try the example recipe on back and holy COW this turned out so good, not to mention that my ENTIRE family loved it which is HARD to achieve when you have 3 teens with Autism! This recipe is also very simple to prepare and requires only the seasoning packet, 2 lbs of any chicken and 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Ya just toss it all together then bake at 375 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes. This Chicken turned out so flavorful and moist ! This recipe has quickly become our new family favorite. In fact, I think this seasoning mix would be great on any type of meat or fish. It's so quick and easy, I've been using it to help teach the kids kitchen skills for independent living practice. I never knew how good Buffalo Ranch would be together. I love the two separately but boy it came out so good. Made chicken and pasta to enjoy with it. 10/10 would recommend. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Two nights ago, I used Hidden Valley Ranch Night seasoning mix to make Buttermilk Chicken. The recipe was right on the package and super easy to follow. The entire family, both adults AND kids, really enjoyed the meal! I have two kiddos who are extremely picky eaters and aren't big fans of trying new dishes. However, the buttermilk ranch chicken smelled SO good while cooking that they couldn't help but want to try it! They both cleaned their plates and asked for seconds- and honestly, I couldn't give something a better review than that.

I love tacos so much and I never really use ranch on my tacos but I did like it. It's not my favorite Seasoning from hidden valley as I prefer a more spicy taco and hot sauce but it's definitely a nice Seasoning for family dinner.
