As I was making tonight's chicken dinner, I decided to add the Seasoning Mix- Buttermilk Chicken for some added flavor. My kiddos have always disliked my cooking so I wasn't expecting much. Guess who didn't complain tonight?! My KIDS! They ate dinner with zero complaints. Huge win!

I made a batch with regular taco seasoning, and another with this packet in case no one liked it. However, the pan with the Ranch taco was GONE. It is packed with flavor and they're so complementary to one another. Absolutely delicious! I want to try it with shredded chicken next

I like my tacos pretty simple with either a homemade avacado crema or sour cream for my "sauce." So, I wasn't sure if I'd like this or not but was happy to try it. It turned out pretty good. I wouldn't buy it, just because I'm so preferential to my normal tacos. BUT, I think most people would enjoy it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hidden Valley Ranch Night Seasoning Mix (Buttermilk Chicken) was perfect for tossing some chicken together in a bowl and throwing in the oven for an extremely easy and tasty dinner. I am NOT a good cook by any means. I was also vegetarian for 7+ years so cooking meat is still new to me, so this makes it easy to have something flavorful that everyone else can also enjoy. I also have tried the other mix flavors, and having a variety is fun because I can just throw together a quick salad or side that compliments the seasoning mix.

The same traditional taco seasoning your used to with a slight kick of ranch flavoring it works great on both ground beef and chicken.
