I am generally not a fan of chicken as I find it to be a bit bland, and I bake and don't fry my foods. I do try to work chicken in my diet as it is healthier than some other alternatives. I found this buttermilk chicken to be a tasty option for my normally bland chicken. It was easy to use. I just coated my chicken with it and baked it. The price is affordable. I would purchase it again.
