I was pleasantly surprised at the flavors of all of the options of seasoning mixes I got to try. I am not a fan of spicy food so the Hidden Valley Ranch Night Seasoning Mix - Rancho Taco is not for me but my kids loved it. The Hidden Valley Ranch Night Seasoning Mix - Buttermilk Chicken was easy to use and very delicious. My 12yr old picky eater even went back for seconds!

We decided to try the example recipe on back and holy COW this turned out so good, not to mention that my ENTIRE family loved it which is HARD to achieve when you have 3 teens with Autism! This recipe is also very simple to prepare and requires only the seasoning packet, 2 lbs of any chicken and 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Ya just toss it all together then bake at 375 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes. This Chicken turned out so flavorful and moist ! This recipe has quickly become our new family favorite. In fact, I think this seasoning mix would be great on any type of meat or fish. It's so quick and easy, I've been using it to help teach the kids kitchen skills for independent living practice. On a lazy weeknight, I used the Buttermilk Chicken Seasoning Mix and tossed it with some chicken and potatoes on the stove. Came out great with very little effort! I prefer to add spices as I go along, but this was a good option to make prep time go much faster.
