It was a little salty and if I did 2-3lb it wouldn’t have been so strong. However, it made the chicken melt in your mouth! Highly recommend.

I made a batch with regular taco seasoning, and another with this packet in case no one liked it. However, the pan with the Ranch taco was GONE. It is packed with flavor and they're so complementary to one another. Absolutely delicious! I want to try it with shredded chicken next

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hidden Valley Ranch Night is not too different from any other seasoning packet you could pick up at your local grocery store. The Seasoning Mix -Buttermilk Chicken is pretty good, I've used it in the past. It's easy to use and pretty versatile, but I usually get whatever brand is the least expensive. I have never had a problem with any of them, and this brand is usually a little on the pricier side.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the Hidden Valley Ranch Night Seasoning Mix - Rancho Taco as a new twist on a common meal in my home, which is gound chicken tacos. The incorporaton of ranch flavor into these mixes is very creative and innovative. This was super tasty and a bit spicy, and added some creaminess to sometimes dry ground chicken that I like to use for tacos. The addition of ranch flavor really adds to the creamy and savory flavor. I don't normally use ranch on anything but chicken wings, so I probably wouldn't have bought this seasoning. I received a sample through pinch me, and I'm so glad I did! This will now be a staple for our taco nights. It gives the tacos an amazing extra flavor that is truly delicious! I highly recommend this!

The flavor wasn't what I was expecting and it was an overall disappointment. Not to say that it was bad, just unexpected. Its not for me personally though.
