Wanted to replace OEM Bridgestone on 2020 Lexus RX350 after the first week but decided to wait 8 months for CrossClimate2 to become available. It was worth the wait, my Lexus now rides like luxury vehicle it is. Ride is much smoother, noticeably quieter and overall more solid feel when making left/right turns. Handles very well and provides confident feeling on very wet roads, hoping for same in the winter. Great tire!

I bought the cross climate 2s for my VW GTI and the suv version for my BMW X5 and I was able to finally test it in the snow. Everything that I expected from the reviews. Felt completely in control on the roads. Pay a little more to get the best performance. Great investment!

These tires are a bit on the pricey side but so far after 8 months of travel I am pleased with the product. After doing a copious amount of research these tires perform as touted by Michelin. Ideal for the climate here in eastern Ontario. I had concerns initially that the tread pattern would cause a noisy tire but thus far road noise is acceptable

It's hard to imagine a better 'daily driver' tire for anyone living in an area that gets snow. Why keep two sets of tires when you can have one set that performs beautifully in all conditions? I bought these in winter and was astounded by how well they gripped in 6 inch snow, slush, and over broken ice. I went out of my way to find backroads that had not been plowed and the car gripped like a snow leopard. Grip and confidence in the rain is just as good. Having these All Weather tires installed and not having to worry about being caught out in a snow storm before you've swapped to your winter tires is a very nice feeling. The only drawback I see to these CrossClimates is that they are not a substitute for high performance summer tires. You lose some 'feel' and outright performance in the dry. Only an issue for sports cars and probably not applicable for anyone considering these tires anyway, just worth mentioning. Oh, and they look really cool on the car. That's always important. Enjoy!

I recently purchased four Cross Climate 2 tires and they have exceeded every expectation. From steering on tight turns to stopping distance they are superior to any tires I've owned. I have AKWAYS purchased Michelin tires but these are a cut above the rest

I have had these Cross Climate 2 tires since March now. I LOVE THESE TIRES!!! I usually write reviews, but these tires deserve one! I have now had experience in multiple seasons driving on them and I am extremely impressed! We have our first snow here in southern Oregon, only 2-3", and I do not feet the need to rush to get my snow tires put on (I will do that soon because we'll get more snow) but these tires are safe and comfortable for now to allow me time to schedule the swap. Like some of you I read in Consumer Reports that the CrossClimate2 is a top-rated all-season tire, and I also watched videos like the one from Engineering Explained on youtube. I also read reviews here. Even after all that, I wondered what these tires would really be like. My previous tire was a Goodyear Eagle LS-2 that was the OEM tire for my 2018 Acura TLX. The Goodyears had 46k miles on them, but they still had plenty of tread left and were only three years old, but I wanted to replaced them because I wasn't happy with their performance in any season—dry, wet, or in snow. And so I was looking for a major performance and safety upgrade to justify the expense of early tire replacement. I'll give details below, but long story short the Michelin CrossClimate2 tires are outstanding so far. I've been driving since 1980, and I've driven most of the major tires brands over the years, and so far these are the best tires I've ever owned. Quietness: This is the one area where the Goodyear Eagle has a small edge, but the CrossClimate2 is still a quiet tire that's good for a luxury car. And actually the CrossClimate2 is much quieter around corners. The Goodyears in moderate cornering would squeal in protest, and make it seem like I was 1970s cop show or something trying to make a dramatic get away. The CC tires are no drama tires in comparison. Comfort: About equal. Both very comfortable. Interestingly the CrossClimate2 seems a bit better at handling speed bumps. MPG: About the same as the Goodyear Eagle. This was a surprise, because I was prepared to give up 2-3 mpg for a better tire, but the mpg seems to be about the same for me. Obviously ymmv. Lateral grip: Wow. Big difference. Where as mentioned the Goodyear Eagle tires were squealing for mercy at moderate speeds around corners, and seeming like they might even lose grip, the Michelin tires are great in comparison. No drama. Excellent road grip in corners. More fun to drive. Major upgrade. Safer. Took some twisting 2-lane country roads I'm quite familiar with, as well as a steeply banked cloverleaf onramp that's a favorite, and it's clear the Michelin tires are on a whole different level. It feels like you're riding on rails with the CrossClimate2. Stopping distance: Didn't try a panic stop, but going downhill on a familiar country road with no one behind me I did a rapid stop from a good speed up to a stop sign, and the CC tires seemed to stop significantly faster and with greater confidence. On center feel: This was a surprise, but perhaps because of the directional V pattern of the tread it seems like the on-center feel for the new tires is much better. I like the road feel. I feel more connected to the car and to the road with the Michelin tires. I've only owned these tires for a few days and about 300 miles so far, and the conditions have been dry, and so I'm not sure at some point I'll get to try out the two probably strongest areas for the CC tires—wet traction and snow traction. Right now I'm feeling confident the tires will live up to expectations. Overall, the CrossClimate2 tires seem like a great upgrade, and well worth the money if you are looking for a premium all-season tire with the Three-Peak Mountain Snowflake rating.

I bought these about 8 weeks ago and have traveled thru the Rockies on 2 round trips with snow and ice in several passes while tires gave me good traction and gr8 braking. On dry or wet pavement tires are very quiet with superior ride quality over my Michelin Defenders. Handling thru corners is excellent for a touring tire as well. Just 2 negatives, the tires vibrate between 35 - 45 km/h a bit and they are noisier on some of the cement bridge surfaces. Huge plus is about 4% increase in fuel mileage.

I bought these tires about 3000km ago and have been driving mainly in summer conditions. We recently got some wet slushy snow with ice conditions. Performance in both was impressive. Summer was a smooth and quiet ride. Great handling. For the snowy and slushy conditions, they had no problem handling the slush and snow. I tried to spin out, drove through a couple of snowbanks, and went up some pretty steep inclines, but they really handled well. No loss of traction and solid performance.

I travelled yesterday in one of my most adventurous drives along the snowstorm direction from Chicago to Detroit. I94 was a combination of slosh pit and fresh accumulated snow at various stretches. Michigan roads were bad to start with. But this tire (and some driving skills, well tire mainly) kept me going at 65 to 70 MPH in that snow and gave me a lot of confidence to drive over. As some users have noted can't speak of its performance well into its life but these were installed 2 months ago and had very less mileage on them as of writing this review. If you hit a heap of snow as in when changing lanes though - because of the way the tire is grooved to let a lot of rain and snow flow outwards you will see a significant slowdown than other tires. It is good if you are in control and have no vehicle around but bad if you are in a traffic. Just the driver has to account for this change in performance style compared to other tires (Ex: Michelin Defender). Another major downside of this tire is on grooved roads - it becomes wobbly thanks to the non continuous contact patch type tread design but isnt dangerous in anyway. Same goes for snow. And despite that wobbliness, cornering in this is a hoot. If these downsides don't bother you, this tire is brilliant and the tread design aesthetic gets full points from me.
