Disappointed

I was not happy they had my order all messed up. Yes itvwas done online but i put my order in with the help of a lady from the bakery walking me through the process of my order because I was afraid of missing something and my cake still came out wrong. I ordered marble itvwas white i orders whipped it was buttercream. It was supposed to be the buttercream maroon or what ever color teardrop along the edges it was all white, it was supposed to have my daughters name on it and it did not. My friend asked them to write her name on it at pick up. Then when i called to speak with someone all the lady asked was if i could bring it back? The party was at 2pm i was on the phone at 1:40...she didn't care because she said the order was done on line smh it was upsetting and i wont do it again

Very upset with my cake

I was looking for light pink for the border frosting, but the only option online was coral, which did look pink. When I picked it up, it was an orange shade of coral. The baker said that this is a frequent issue because the online picture looks like pink, but in actuality it is an orange. They were able to scrape it off and redo in a true light pink. Cake was stellar and yummy as usual.
