I have spent some time cooking and playing with this grill now. Got to say I needed the time to play with it a little bit to learn how best to cook what I like to cook. I love fish / shrimp / stakes / chops and then big meats. Key is to control the heat. With this grill you can do it the tradition way by managing the fire or rotate the grate off the heat. Love to see a heavy-duty rotisserie and a gas feature next. Best feature - warming rack / rotating cooking grate / SIZE. My wife just told me not to forget the grill is a beautiful table w/ Lazy Susan.

Being able to use the grill, griddle, smoker, and fire pit on this is great! I've even smoked a 20+lb pork shoulder on this and was able to maintain around 225 degrees for 12+ hours.
