The shelving unit went together very easily. It’s good and sturdy for my needs. I love that it comes with rolling wheels or can be stationary. I’d been looking for one this size and I couldn’t beat this sale price. I wish I would have gotten two.

Good value for the price. They include the necessary plastic clips. My only complaint is that the caps that go on the top of the tubes are a little loose. It would be nice if they included a set of rubbered feet too to divide the shelf into two half, one with wheels and other with rubber pads.

If anyone saw me putting this together it would have been America's funniest video's. The biggest challenge was getting the white pieces to stay without flying off. The directions were in my opinion not 100% clear with top/bottom; etc. I also would have been in better shape if I knew I should put the Seville rack into the closet and then setup. I have to put the rack together twice. Just needs some fine tuning as far as easier steps and heads up

I have assembled many of these wire shelving units, including several of the larger Seville Classics versions. Yet, this is the first time I've run into this problem. The tapered steel cylinders at the corners of each shelf have interior welding flaws that prevent them from easily sliding over the plastic slip sleeves – they actually push the slip sleeve out of the grooves in the poles during assembly. The extra-slick powder coating on the poles doesn't help. As seen in the photos, the welding flaw inside the shelf corner actually snags on the plastic slip sleeve. I had to use a Dremel to smooth out the interior of about half of the shelves.

100% Do not buy this shelving unit. I bought two and when they arrived, I opened the boxes and placed all the parts out to inventory them. There were 8 top poles and zero bottom poles, which should have a female threaded end to receive the feet or the wheels. These were both missing the wrench from the parts list. So, I'm told that I have to repackage all the parts back into the box and be home waiting around for the FEDEX guy to do the exchange with me, in HOPES that the next two boxes will be completely different than the first two and have the parts that were missing from both of the first boxes. Even if they miraculously have the missing parts, the amount of time lost in this transaction cannot be regained and Sam's is not going to reimburse me or you for the wasted time with this kind of online purchasing horror show.

I don't know this will be published but I'm not happy at all with sams club. I've bought several of these shelves before and they're not that well made but they work and for the value it's a good deal. My chief complaint is that they are difficult to get out of the box unless you tear out the sides and then it's difficult to pack up if you need to return. However I might not buy them again after what I've been going thru. I ordered another set of black shelves and they sent me white. Not sure if it was my mistake because the order confirmation and their website doesn't show the color at all in what I bought. That's ridiculous. Anyway, I decided order again and they shipped fedex again who showed up 2 days early and tossed the package in my yard. Didn't have to take them out. I opened one end and can see the shelves are damaged so I've ordered again even though it makes the 3rd set. Hopefully I can get one complete set out of the 3 and take the rest back to the store for refund, torn boxes and all and let them deal with it.

The poles were not lined up so everything is off keel

One of the poles were defective and the casters wouldn't fit. I put it together without the casters so it is still ok but then none of the shelves light up great. It was just not easy to put together. I will not order this brand again.

I love this shelf. It was pretty easy to set up. It holds a lot of canned goods, my only wish is that it had a back on it so items couldnt fall off the back side. Also the shelfs are tall enough to hold a 15 pack of paper towles with room left over.
