Read reviews - took a chance even though some said fit was off for them. For $35.00 these are a great buy. I ordered size 11 - just about perfect fit - very comfy and lightweight. Time will tell if these will hold up but I bought them for inside use as these will be my 'house' shoes.

shoes are too big, how do I return them?

I work in a warehouse and am on my feet 10+ hours a day. I love them. Had them for a year and still going strong other than foam insert is wearing out. Very comfortable. Buying a new pair today.
