It was noticeably firmer than the store model we tested, but that might’ve had more use than we expected (or else the one in store was medium and mislabeled). Either way, we put a memory foam topper on it and it’s more comfortable now.

Less plush than the store model we tried out when we chose it. It’s possible that the store model was broken in by customers trying it out for some time. We’re hoping that’s true because then our mattress may soften a little bit.

We had a Beauty Rest mattress for 26 years, and decided it was time for a new one. We love how it adjusts to each of us! It’s not too hard, not too soft, just right.

We purchased this for its stability & firmness. I wanted a mattress that didn’t move when the person next to me moved. I didn’t want to sink into a mattress and have to crawl my way out. So far, this mattress achieves that.

I just got this mattress so I still need to feel it out, but I like the balance of softness and support it provides. I also got the low box spring base in which really works well for me as well.

I have only had my mattress less than 2 months and there is a low spot where I sleep. I am going to call my dealer tomorrow. This was a very expensive mattress and the quality should not be doing this. Not sure I want this mattress

Beautyrest is the best but this time we got one that is a little too firm so we'll be going back to upgrade at least one step up. Still, overall, the best choice in mattresses as far as we're concerned.

If I could give this less than a star I would. This is an expensive mattress and didn’t even last 4 years. It did not hold its form…big sunken spots. I’ve had cheap mattresses that lasted longer. And, it was never very comfortable.

We finally upgraded to a king size mattress after 26 years. Everything was delivered and set up as expected. The mattress felt comfortable in the store. I'm looking forward to the extra room and hopefully years of comfort.

I always felt beautirest was distinguish different like you felt quality when you laid down. This mattress feels like mush on par with a bed in a bag like it doesn’t have you special coils
