I'm not sure why, but we have followed the directions to a T, but the triangles and "stair" pieces will not expand. I've tried letting them just sit by themselves like the Instructions say, I've tried taking them out of the sleeves, and I've tried sitting them in the sun. It's been well over 72 hours and it doesn't seem like they have expanded at all. The actual rectangle cushions did great. If they would expand, it would have 5 stars just based on how the cushions have done.

We got two sets from grandparents for our boys (1 and 3). These have absolutely been the most used and enjoyed Christmas presents. A little concerned that replacement covers were not sold at time of purchase, but I would be willing to get them reupholstered if needed.

As a grandmother who provides care for my two grandchildren ages 2 and 1, I give this product 5 stars! I ordered the denim and I'm very happy with it. It is very soft and is good quality. The handles are very helpful when moving the pieces. I can configure lots of designs that make it fun. One day it's a slide, the next a teepee, and another its a flat surface for lying on and looking at books.

My grandkids really enjoy playing with this. They have set it up to slide down and have also used it as a hurdle with plenty of soft area to land on.
